Hosted by the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, this unique Kentucky music festival brings together fun, friends, family, food, and of course, music. This year marks the 17th Romp Fest to happen in Owensboro, and it grows every year.
This festival isn't just about listening to music, it's about making it and enjoying the artistic process. Instrument workshops led by the artists playing the festival will take place throughout the day; these ROMP artists will interact with festival goers of all ages and experience levels. Other workshops and forums include songwriting, clogging and flat-foot dancing, yoga and beginners' bluegrass.
There is a large list of vendors that set up at the festival each year, including those serving farm-to-table food and vendors selling handmade Kentucky Proud products. There's dancing, opportunities to play music, and even a kids' play place for those who are bringing their children.
Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to experience the Kentucky music scene!
