Please inquire for details.) 14 days in advance of confirmed reservation for full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will forfeit 1 night's stay. Due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of re-booking a room. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Check in is from 3-6 pm EST. If you need a late check-in, please call us 502-715-0150 in advance so we can arrange for your arrival. Check out is 11am EST. With proof of current membership, a 10% discount will be applied for AAA and AARP members at checkout (excluding Derby and Special Packages). Veterans and active duty military with a valid military ID will also receive a 10% discount. Only one discount can be used at a time.
